Britt, Iowa – The tradition of Friday night IMCA racing will return to Hancock County Speedway for the 2017 race season. “This is huge for the Hancock County Speedway and the Britt community. Saturday Oct. 21 we will have our 2017 Race Banquet at the Duncan Ballroom in Duncan, IA. We will be honoring the top ten in points in each division. With 2018 on the horizon we want to share some news for the upcoming season. First of all we are very excited to be adding the Mini Mods for 2018. It's time to bring back full fields to the Hancock County Speedway! So we are introducing Full Field Fridays! Any class that has 20 or more cars at any weekly Friday night show, each driver will get a free pit pass voucher ($25 Value) and Two Grandstand Passes ($10 Value ea.) to help bring new people to the speedway! Hancock County Speedway received a little rain Thursday, just enough to help water the track for the Annual Stock Car Shootout during the Hancock County District Fair Friday Night Races.
